1. Return Policy
For returns please call or email first for an RA number. Please make sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address, sales order #, copy of packing slip and reason for returning. After obtaining your RA number please be sure to send your return via an insured mail carrier with a tracking number to protect you against losses or damages which may be incurred during shipping.

Requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of order shipment and are subject to a restocking fee based upon the type of merchandise received . Only in stock items and non-customized or persoanlized items are returnable according to the above specifications. Special orders are not returnable unless the items are typically stocked in physical store location. 3. Prices and Availability
All sales are subject to product availability. Special orders of items not in stock generally take 2 to 4 weeks, however, may take up to 6 weeks depending on manufacturer availability. Furniture and custom bedding can take 4 to 12 weeks also depending on manufacturer availability. Sales tax will only be charged on items shipped within New Jersey.
4. Shipping
Please be sure to inspect all items prior to signing for your delivery. If items are damage, make sure the delivery person indicates the damaged condition prior to obtaining your signature.

Items in stock will ship the next business day from when the order is placed. Shipping will be UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Items marked special order may take several weeks to receive based upon manufacturer availability. Furniture or extra large items will incur additional shipping surcharges.
Free shipping applies to all orders totalling $200 or more. Some furniture items may be excluded from the free shipping promotion based on weight and address of recipient.
